Orders and Delivery


1. How do I know if my online order has been successful?
You should receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been placed. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 1 hour of placing your order, please call our customer care line  08064646624 / 09099998021 and we will be happy to help resolve the situation.


2. Can I amend or cancel my order?
Yes, you can! You can call our customer service line after your order is placed with your order number to amend or cancel your order before it is shipped.


3. How can I pay?
We currently offer pay via bank transfer and Online payment with Verve, Mastercard and Visa cards


4. When I place an order, how long does delivery take and how much does it cost?
We typically deliver within 1-5 working days depending on location and the cost depends on the weight of the total items in your cart. For bulk purchase, you can choose delivery via God is Good Cargo to reduce cost of delivery.


5. To what locations is delivery available?
We currently deliver nationwide.


6. Can I return my items after shipping?
If you are dissatisfied with an item in your order, you can return with the delivery dispatch rider or you can call us to schedule a return within 24 hours. After 24 hours, your item can no longer be returned. 

Please note that we do not accept returns on items not in it’s original packaging.‎
7. Can I gift wrap my order?
Yes, you can! We also offer baby gift baskets. Simply request gift wrap or basket by sending an email to info@twinssquare.com


8. Do you deliver on Saturdays?
We deliver on Saturdays for Lagos deliveries and its environments.


10. What if the item I want is not in stock?
We try to ensure the products shown on the website are always in stock so we can ship them to you fast. In the rare circumstance that a product is not in stock, we will let you know as soon as possible before your other items ship.

11. What if I want an item that isn’t displayed?
